How is this different from the Male Hormone Profile?

This test measures total testosterone only, giving you a straightforward answer at a lower price point (£27). The Male Hormone Profile is a 10-marker panel that also checks free testosterone, SHBG, oestradiol, DHEA-S, pituitary hormones and more. If your total testosterone comes back low or borderline, the fuller panel is often a sensible next step.

When should I take this test?

Morning testing is essential. Testosterone peaks early in the day and can drop by 20-30% by the afternoon. Collect your sample between 6 and 10 AM for the most accurate result.

Do I need to fast for this test?

Yes, fasting is recommended. Avoid food from midnight the night before your test. Clear fluids (water) are fine. Collect your sample in the morning between 6 and 10 AM for the most accurate result.

How will I receive my results?
